Exhibits will open with the reception that evening at 6:00 p.m. Tear-down time: You may tear down following breakfast on Sunday, October 10 (approximately 8:45 a.m.). Scientific sessions will be conducted in rooms adjacent to the exhibit area that morning, so we appreciate your consideration in being as quiet as possible. Reservations made after Sept. 16 are on a space-available basis. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
