Exhibit Space Selection
To choose an exhibit space:
1. Review the Exhibit Floor Plan at www.accmi.org/Conference2010/ExhibitFloorPlan2010.pdf
2. Complete the Exhibit Selection Survey at www.tinyurl.com/MCACCspace
The survey will ask for your first, second and third choice of exhibit space, and whether you require electricity. Exhibit space will be confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis. Each exhibiting company will be provided with a 6’x 2’ shirted table and a chair.
Advanced Shipping
You may ship either to our drayage firm, Mid States Exposition Services OR directly to the Grand Traverse Resort.

Exhibit Set-up and Tear Down Times
Set-up time: You may set up beginning at noon on Friday, October 8 in the Governor’s Ballroom on the lower level. Exhibits will open with the reception that evening at 6:00 p.m.
Tear-down time: You may tear down following breakfast on Sunday, October 10 (approximately 8:45 a.m.). Scientific sessions will be conducted in rooms adjacent to the exhibit area that morning, so we appreciate your consideration in being as quiet as possible.
Exhibit Staff Registration
Exhibiting companies receive one complimentary registration. Additional company representatives may register at: $100 -- Friday and Saturday only $125 -- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Accommodations
The conference rate at the Grand Traverse Resort is $164 hotel or $195 tower + taxes and resort fee.

Reservations made after Sept. 16 are on a space-available basis. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellation and/or changes affecting arrival or departure dates must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund. No shows will be charged one night's room and tax and the remaining nights of the reservation will be cancelled.
