Poster Competition Information 

CRITERIA

• One submission per person.
• Submission must be made by the individual who will present the poster.
• The presenter/author must be a contributor to the research or have been personally involved in the case.
• Abstracts presented and/or published at prior scientific meetings within the past 12 months (except previous Michigan Chapter conferences) will be accepted.
• Research that has been published as a manuscript WILL NOT be accepted. 
• A 36″ x 48″ poster board will be provided to which you can affix the poster. Posters should be printed no larger than the poster board provided and we would recommend a horizontal/landscape format for the posters. 
• The submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the submitting author to participate in the Annual Meeting on September 26 if his/her poster is accepted. No one else can present on the submitting author’s behalf.
• Abstracts/cases presented at an ACC Chapter meeting ARE eligible for submission to ACC.27

ELIGIBILITY

• Current fellows in a Michigan cardiology training program - including advanced programs.
• Non-physician cardiovascular clinicians in Michigan (NP, CNS, PA, PharmD, RD, RDCS, etc.)
• Current residents in Internal Medicine in a Michigan-based residency program.
• Current students enrolled in a Michigan-based program.
